I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to highlight the phenomenal care I’ve received from Nurse Practitioner Fanny at Hooks Family Practice . From the very first visit, I could tell she genuinely cares—not just about treating symptoms, but about the whole person. She treats us like family, not just patients passing through. What really stands out is her dedication beyond the exam room. She’s always involved in the community, and you can feel her passion when she educates us on how to live healthier, fuller lives. She’s the kind of provider who listens attentively, explains things clearly, and makes you feel safe and seen. Healthcare can feel rushed and impersonal these days, but Fanny brings the heart back into it. I’m so grateful to have found someone like her.
